• Used in Ayurvedic medicine for many external conditions such as ulcers and tumours and burns. Ashwagandha used internally for many ailments. Please do your own research.

• Berries can be used as a vegetarian rennet substitute in cheese making.

Sow into soil mix, lightly cover and keep moist in a warm sunny spot until germination.

Plant likes good drainage in full sun.
