Approx 15-30cm tall
Seed grown 3-18 months

Sent bare-rooted

 

I also sell Reed and Shepard when available.

Avocado’s are self pollinating however fruit set can be greatly improved by growing a variety from both the A and B type.

Hass and Reed are A type
Shepard is B type.

So with these varieties it is best to grow a Shepard with the Hass and/or Reed.

If you only have space for one, then just choose your favourite!

Planting:

Upon receipt, pot up or plant direct into a part shade position, water in with rainwater and seaweed solution for best results.

Avocado’s like part shade and protection from harsh winds and scorching sun.

Please be aware of your local restrictions on the import of botanical products.

Plants are sent out on Monday/Tuesday only (depending on your location) – to lessen the chance of being stuck in transit on weekends.
