Mexican Dream Herb : Dried Organic

• Mexican dream herb is one of the best ancient herbs for use in all dream work.

• Excellent for assisting with vivid and lucid dreaming and dream recall/recollection.

• Useful in promoting a deeper more restful sleep.
• Traditionally a tea is made from the leaves, while drinking this the practitioner will also smoke a joint/cigarette which is rolled from the dried leaves. This would be best done about 30mins before bed.
